I brought Unique on as a wedding coordinator and decorator with a little less than 3 weeks to my big day.Despite the quick turn around she quickly got to work in putting everything together from drafting a wedding day itinerary to taking over all vendor coordination. She was highly organized, friendly, and full of great suggestions. We communicated frequently(everyday basically), walked through the venue together and hashed out all the intricate details of my big day which enabled her to perfectly execute my vision despite some hiccups beyond our control. On the day of my wedding a big blizzard threatened to ruin my big day but thanks to Unique we were able to pivot gracefully and still host an amazingly beautiful event. Here are answers to our most frequently asked questions
1)Â How Much do you Charge?
Our packages start at $2,000 for month of coordination. Please fill out contact form to learn more.
2) How early should couples start to plan their wedding and hire a planner?
The minimum for full planning is 9 months out. The minimum for month of coordination is 1 month out. However I recommend booking your coordinator at least 6 months in advance, to esnure you're date is available.
3) Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 50% of the final quote is due at time of booking.
4) Do you travel outside of the New York/New Jersey area?
Currently, I only service weddings in the New Jersey and New York area.
5) Do you recommend having a coordinator even if I planned the entire wedding myself?
Yes, I 100% think every couple needs to have a coordinator the day of their wedding to handle any details that might arise throughout the day so the couple can focus on being in the moment. We will also help a few weeks before the wedding to ensure the time most seamless timeline is built for the big day.
